I almost got this setup but just decided to play these games at higher resolutions on PS5/Series X, I can't go back to 1080p. Regardless of the FPS. Which aren't much more with this, which is like at least $1000 setup. Nah.

Watching this clip on a 55inch OLED, from half a meter away, I have to say that there are some benefits on the PC version but you really have to stare to see them.

went from a 7900XT to a 4070tisuper, besides the rasterized gains being minimal in either side for the games i play, having all the tech nvidia has + it being actually implemented in games was simply too much to miss, especially when here both cost the same, no driver headaches, no gpu pulling 350W+ to keep up vs the 4070tiS pulling 240w, and DLAA/DLSS is a godsend with how horrible TAA implementations tend to be. If you don't really care about the toolset nvidia gpu's have, get a GRE, cheap and powerful enough to make the XT and XTX pointless with how much more they cost, otherwise at the 700+ range, i can't justify a radeon because it's minimally faster in some rasterized games and in others it loses, while having a terrible feature set for that price range.

I've been trying to decide between the Ti version and the non Ti version. Thought I'd get the Ti because of it's 16Gb of VRAM vs 12Gb, but in this demo, it looks like the VRAM usage for the non Ti routinely goes beyond 12Gb with no issues. If that's the case, then there's no reason for the Ti to even exist if it's only offering a 8-10% increase in FPS for $200 more. Am I missing something here?

Which one is which lmao. I am having a hard time. I have astigmatism so I have issues with reflections in general. Maybe you should designated the clips RX on and RX off. I can’t tell the difference most times.

Brother, wake up to reality, Ray tracing is weak, cheap and for nerds. Path tracing and diriosity is much better than Ray tracing.

i just realized SLI scales great when you compare gpus in sli vs similar cuda core and vram specs and not against the card you are pairing together

sucks to buy motherboard for 14th generation intel cpu's most motherboards only support it with newest bios and you really have no way of knowing what version they ship them with. and if you have no other cpu impossible to update it either. seems stupid

Very strange i get around 60-70 fps with rtx3080 (10gb) in Cyberpunk with dlss quality + RT on + evrything on ultra, +my system is on AM4 with 5900x. Anyway no meaning to upgrade untill GTA 6 release...

With RTX 3060 Ti GDDR6X the performance difference is even narrower, may be 6-8% depending on game. The price difference is $50. But 4060 Ti consumes at least 60W less power during peak.

After looking at it and playing the remaster myself. I can say one thing for sure. This game didn't need a remaster. This needed a sequal or reboot. The old graphics are still gorgeous
